Program Philosophy

Parents have high hopes for their children and aspirations for them to have a solid foundation for learning and growth from the very start.  For 26 years, our early childhood programs have been creating communities of young learners from infancy through pre-kindergarten and kindergarten in environments that are safe, secure, nurturing and stimulating.  Our teachers inspire creativity and joy through play-based activities that instill learning readiness and skills that follow each child for a lifetime.

We take the time to establish meaningful relationships with each family that are mutually satisfying and based on the premise of helping your child grow and prosper throughout their lives.  It is through these trusted relationships between parents, teachers and caregivers that children learn early social skills, the importance of community, and feel the support derived from their family.

Our Massachusetts-based early childhood programs are unique to each community.  Our directors and teachers understand the socio-economic and cultural differences and similarities that create the fabric of life within each community.  This base of knowledge coupled with our early childhood expertise, enables us to encourage individuality, foster self-esteem and develop each child’s love of learning from infancy forward.

This mindset signifies Springboard Schools – a thriving early childhood community for your family.
